There are private dining rooms available for group dining, meetings, and Caesars Rewards Diamond Members. The elite dining room for Diamond members includes front-of-line access, water features, and dramatic lighting.

Rio Buffet Hours

Carnival World Buffet is only open for dinner; however, a champagne brunch is available on weekends and dinner starts early, at 3 pm on the weekends as well.

There is no breakfast or lunch buffet.

The weekend buffet is open from 10 am to 9 pm but transitions from brunch to dinner offerings at 3 pm.

Rio Buffet Pricing

Children between the ages of 5 and 12 pay $15 for a buffet regardless of the time of day. Anyone over 12 years old is considered an adult.

Menu Items

Carnival World is one of the most extensive buffets in Las Vegas with a serving line that snakes throughout the buffet featuring buffet stations with foods from all over the world.

Salad Bar

The large salad bar includes several types of greens and all the salad toppings you can imagine.
